I'm sitting steady on ~200 tickets playing the center circle of the 9 ring game. I'm probably going to buy another stack of tickets to afk the rest of the night, but there hasn't really been any form of ticket decay.

Ok that sucked, i just bought 400 tickets for exactly 1.6k from the ticket seller, hoping to play the 9 rings game for a bit, i was on the middle ring maybe 10-15 seconds before i noticed i was suddenly down to 173 or so tickets, and when i highlighted them it said i could sell those tickets to merchant for a profit of around 1.2k.

I figure I'll go get some prizes with the tickets I got, when i get to the prize guy suddenly my tickets are at 100 now, I try to get prizes anyways and only get 2, with exactly 24 tickets left over.

This game's math is just plain wrong, I guess I stumbled onto some sort of bug with tickets and im not entirely thrilled i found it.

that avatar ..... has to be the most disturbing thing ive seen this week ....

dunno exactly what happened there, but i can point out one thing i noticed when buying tickets. you can only buy 250 at a time. if you type in 250 it should show 3.75k to buy. i typed in 999 the second time and noticed it still showed 3.75k but when i clicked to buy, it only sold me 250 tix.

may not be relavent, but i figured id throw it out there.

I stayed on the CEnter Ring of 9 Ring Game for ~3 hours.

Started with ~300 tickets.

When I just checked it, I was down to 170 tickets.

I assume Within 3 more hours I would have been completely out.

The decay on the center ring is very slow - but it does decay.

I've been in middle ring for a while lost maybe 40 tickets.

won 7,693 tickets and lost 401 games

I did spend about 1 hr on a corner tho.

No. I've noticed the same thing. You can only buy tickets in blocks of 250 at a time, no matter what higher number you select.

Also, for all the mathematical anayses, I agree that the corners of the 9 circle game will yield the titles quickest. HOWEVER, what about those of us on a budget that have plenty of AFK time to invest. The 9 circle game costs 10 tickets, whereas the 16 circle game only takes 2 at a time. It seems to me, that the 16 circle game, which not losing 5,000 as rapidly as the 9 circle game, would accomplish it much cheaper. As for the Lucky title, I think the 9 circle game is still probably the way to go since it is tickets won, not games. Is this accurate and would someone like to run the numbers on the economics of getting the Lucky title on the two games ?

i bought about 650 tickets 45 mins ago. Im at 772 now lol and ive just been sitting on the middle ring. 1,1335 tickets won, and 45 games lost. Well im gonna go to sleep. that's a good 8 hours afk on the ring right there lol. Then once i get my titles i get to trade for prizes :-D I shall get orbs and cash, and as one guy was trying to tell me earlier, minipets lawl

The numbers on both are done for that:

944 tickets won out of 1,000 tickets spent (100 games of nine circles) vs 937.5 tickets won out of 1,000 tickets spent (333 1/3rd games of sixteen circles). The odds are just marginally skewed in favour of Nine Circles.

Some other numbers:

Average games of Nine Circles to get Charmed title: 5,297
Average ticket investment required to play 5,297 games (Remember, you win 50,000 on average) : 2,970
Cost of 2,970 tickets : 44,550 gold, or, about 45 platinum
Average losses playing in the corner (best nine circle location): 3,498

Average games of Sixteen Circles to get Charmed title: 26667
Average ticket investment required to play: 3,334
Cost of 3,125 tickets : 50,010 gold, or about 50 platinum
Average losses : 15000

Most efficient method of getting both titles:
4605 rounds of Nine Circles - 3039 losses (corner), 43471 tickets won
3486 rounds of Sixteen Circles - 1961 losses, 6536 tickets won

Average ticket investment: 3,025
Cost of 3,025 tickets: 45,375 gold, or about 45 platinum
Average losses: 5,000
Average tickets won: 50,007
Total rounds: 8,091

(For comparison, an average of 7,576 rounds to complete 5,000 losses with all Nine Circles play, in the corner, at a 66% loss rate.)
